During college, Attorney Shore interned at both a Connecticut Geographical Area (G.A.) court and solo practitioner's office. Attorney Shore has received many awards and accolades during her academic and legal careers including an Official Citation from the State of Connecticut General Assembly, Certificate of Award: Connecticut Consortium for Law and Citizenship, and Coach Recognition Award for the Connecticut State Champion High School Mock Trial Team. She also received her New York State Mediation Certification while in attendance at Albany Law, has completed the GAL/AMC training offered by the Connecticut Commission on Child Protection, as well as the Assigned Counsel training provided by the Office of the Chief Public Defender, and has been accredited in the area of Veterans Benefits by the Veterans Administration.
Attorney Shore is a member of the American Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Division, General Practice, Small Firm and Solo Division, Family Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division National Public Service Project - Project Salute: Young Lawyers Serving Veterans. She is also actively involved in the New Haven County Bar Association as the Membership Committee Co-Chair and a member of the Family Law and Trusts, Estates and Probate Committees, as well as New Haven Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section.
Attorney Shore is also dedicated to the Connecticut Bar Association, including the Family Law and Estates and Probate Sections as well as the Young Lawyers Executive Committee, serving as the Child Welfare and Juvenile Law Chair and Education Chair as well as the New Haven Local Unit Chair. She also actively participates in the Milford Bar Association, Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Women's Education and Legal Fund, Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Additionally, Attorney Shore serves on the Board of Directors for The Foundation of the New Haven County Bar, is on the Fundraising and Gala Committees and also chairs the Social Media and Website Committee. She is also a member of the following professional groups: New Haven Young Professionals Association, New Haven Area Senior Network, Magic 8 Healthcare Network, the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals (PULSE) and the Network of Executive Women of Milford.
Attorney Shore remains active in the community by participating as an Attorney Coach for the West Haven High School Mock Trial Team, serving on an alumni committee for the University of Rochester, the executive board of the Fairfield County Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter, and the advisory board for the collegiate chapter of Alpha Phi at the University of Connecticut.
