The Law Offices of Steven R. Dolson, PLLC was founded in 2005 and officially incorporated in 2011. The founding member started his career as a law clerk at a small firm in Buffalo, NY that practiced in the fields of Social Security Disability and Bankruptcy. He was drawn to this firm because during that timeframe his father was navigating the complex process of a disability claim himself. As a result he took several law school courses in disability law because he knew first hand the struggles that individuals go through in filing and advancing a claim with Social Security. Because the firm also did bankruptcy work he quickly learned this field of law and over 20 years later now serves as a Chapter 7 trustee.
