Our members have served as Village Attorney for Hastings-on-Hudson (1984), Irvington (2008 - ), Mount Kisco (2000-2004), Croton-on-Hudson (2005-2006), Sleepy Hollow (1999-2003), Ardsley (1999-2002), and Elmsford (1999-2001), and as special counsel to the Village of Pelham, the Towns of Somers and Greenburgh, the City of New Rochelle and dozens of other municipalities. In addition to our extensive municipal practice, each attorney has his or her area of concentration.
Marianne Stecich represents individuals and developers in variance, subdivision, site plan, and zoning amendment applications before planning and zoning boards throughout the County. She also regularly represents both individuals and municipalities in Article 78 proceedings, and has prosecuted and defended scores of appeals, in all areas of the law, to the First, Second, and Third Departments of the Appellate Division, the New York Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian Murphy's primary areas of practice are in municipal, personal injury, vehicle and traffic, and criminal law, including DWI/DUI . Edward Lammers primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, including auto accidents, slip and falls, construction site accidents, negligent supervision, and sexual assault.
