I am a graduate of Columbia Law School with 10 years of experience with contract drafting, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, trademark filings, and corporate law matters such as corporate formation and structuring, partnership and operating agreements, franchise agreements and disclosure documents, and corporate filings and maintenance.

I advise and provide general counsel services to corporations of all types and sizes including LLC's, start-ups, small businesses, large corporations, franchises, C-corps, S-corps, B-corps, and social purpose corporations. My clients love how I keep things simple, take the time to educate them on their options, and help them grow their businesses and navigate challenges with a conscious and collaborative mindset.

Prior to founding my firm, I worked at two of the nation's top law firms (Akin Gump, Winston and Strawn), where I worked on large scale deals, including billion-dollar utility-scale wind and solar projects.

I am passionate about social justice and climate change, and actively volunteer with the Aga Khan Foundation, Conscious Planet, and Transformative Change.
