Estate Planning

Seed Mackall has a long history and reputation for excellence in the estate planning area.

Our goal is to have a complete understanding of, and in-depth relationship with, our estate planning clients. Once we understand a client's values and goals, we then attempt to draft an individualized estate plan for that particular client.

The firm provides a full range of estate planning services. We prepare wills, trusts and all the related documents that a client may need to develop a comprehensive estate plan. Our purpose is to assist the family in implementing its values and goals relating to the transfer and control of family wealth. The firm handles the administration of all aspects of probate and trust administration for decedents. Additionally, the firm is counsel to a number of non-profit organizations, both private and public.

While our estate planning lawyers have substantial expertise, we also understand the value of working closely with our clients and their other advisors, including their accountants, financial planners and insurance agents.
