Firm Overview

Attorney Robert Noa was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1988. Originally he worked as in-house counsel for American International Group (AIG) doing defense work for their myriad insurance entities on both Worker's Compensation and general liability matters.

In 1990 Attorney Noa went to work in Southeastern Massachusetts for a small personal injury law firm to run their Worker's Compensation department. After several years of successful client representation he opened his own Boston based specialty practice in 1994. Since that time Attorney Noa has concentrated his representation on securing benefits for those individuals injured while in the course of their employment or as a result of the negligence of others. For over 30 years he has also successfully represented individuals before the Social Security Administration who seek federal disability benefits. Since 2018 our offices have been located in Beverly on Massachusetts North Shore.

Over the course of his career Attorney Noa has represented thousands of individuals while securing tens of millions of dollars in settlements, disability benefits and judgments for his clients. As sole proprietor of his shop Attorney Noa has the privilege of personally representing everyone who hires his firm. His in-depth knowledge of Massachusetts Workers Compensation law and the federal Social Security disability system position him, uniquely, for success on behalf of those individuals who he represents.

Attorney Noa works on, what is known as, a "contingent fee basis"; that means he is paid only if successful. His clients will never receive a bill for hourly services performed.

Some background information on Rob is that he is a graduate of Providence College in Providence, RI where he earned a Bachelors of Arts in History, as well as, a minor in Western Civilizations. He also graduated from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles, CA where he was awarded his Juris Doctor. Rob is married to a national award winning Nurse Practitioner named Marcy who is the Chief Clinical Officer of a national dementia care company. Marcy is also a successful artist in her spare time. Rob is father to two children; one an amazing bilingual fifth grade teacher and the other a successful account manager. Outside of work Rob stays busy participating in the occasional road race, skiing, he plays guitar and participates in Okinawan karate where he has attained the rank of second degree black belt.
