Business

Problems with business partners range from disruptive disputes that affect the profitability of the company, to the destruction of an ongoing business because of fraud or deceit.

Good, objective counsel with experience in both resolving matters amicably, or successfully presenting disputes to a judge or jury, is needed in disputes about the continuation or dissolution of a business, or any fuss that winds up somewhere between the two.

A positive result with minimum negative effect on your business is the goal in any business dispute. You should hire a lawyer who understands that, and is willing to provide sound, objective advice after looking at all the issues. Working together as a team, we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and work to craft a solution to keep the problem from happening again. We can do that and will provide fee options for you to consider that allows the best option for your specific problem, not just a one size fits all approach.

We keep you informed every step of the way, so we know that every decision is the right one for your business.
