During my last year of law school study, I was working for them part-time as a clerk.

At the end of 2021, PR Law Center sponsored me the H-1B visa, and with that I started working for the firm onsite since January 2022. My business immigration practice got substantially grown during that time, I almost did all type of business immigration petitions such as O-1B, P-1A, O-2, H-1B, EB-1A. NIW, PERM, etc.

At the same time, I started representing clients in removal proceedings, mostly master hearings and later I was fortunate enough to do four individual hearings. I got three approvals overall which made me believe that it is not impossible for a judge to grant asylum.

Also, I did one appellate case with Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit. It was denied, but when I applied the same argument to the lower court, the client's case got reopened.

Starting in January as a test and officially on-site in March 2022, my position as a removal defense immigration attorney started with the Kasen Law Firm.

During that time, I saw the firm was having a lot of cases with the Individual hearings scheduled next week and I undertook the responsibility to represent at least 2 master hearings and 2 individual hearings each week.

That experience enabled me to understand how immigration law firms operate and the nature of asylum applications. I do believe Asylum is how the United States was built. Therefore, when I took cases, I was more liberal and tried my best.

For the decisions, I left to the judges.

Thereafter, in June 2023, I started working for Fibi Law Firm. After working for Fibi as an independent contractor, I realized that there are a lot new arrival foreign nationals need help for immigration services. That is how Ocean View Group Immigration Unit was initiated by our team members.
