Graduating from Ohio University in 1973 and subsequently Capital University Law School in 1979, McClenaghan has honed his expertise to deliver unparalleled service to his clients.

A distinguished member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, McClenaghan’s professional journey is marked by notable milestones. He was admitted to The Supreme Court of Ohio in 1979 and later to The Supreme Court of Florida in 1997, expanding his reach and impact across state borders.

McClenaghan’s contributions extend beyond his legal practice; he has served as the Past Commissioner of Securities at the Ohio Department of Commerce and as the Past Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Real Estate, further solidifying his authority and insight within the industry.

Within the Columbus Bar Association, McClenaghan is an active participant, lending his expertise to the Real Property Committee, Probate Committee, and the Estate & Gift Tax Committee.

Their family extends to include two cherished children, Sean and Molly, who undoubtedly bring joy and pride to their parents’ lives. The McClenaghan family tree blossoms even further with the addition of their beloved granddaughter, Henley, who brings an extra sparkle to their world.

Phillip Haer

Phillip S. Haer has been associate attorney with McClenaghan Law Group since 2016.

Phillip graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and graduated Cum Laude from Capital University Law School. Phillip is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Phillip is on the board of the Hilliard Optimist Club where he chairs their oratorical contest.

Phillip lives in Hilliard with his wife Libby, son Charlie, and two cats Freddy and Tootles.
