I attended St. Petersburg High School, college at the University of Florida, and law school at Stetson University College of Law.
About My Experience As a Lawyer
After attending law school, I became a Prosecutor in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County for several years. As a Prosecutor, I handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from Misdemeanors to Murder.
About My Practice
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, I worked at a local defense firm for two and a half years before beginning my own practice. During this time, I defended thousands of criminal cases, ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies, including financial and violent crimes.
Since 2018, I have handled over 40 jury trials, and prosecuted and defended thousands of criminal cases.
I founded The Manderscheid Law Firm, PLLC in 2024. As a local, I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida.
