Malone Immigration Law, LLC
Brian C. Malone

From a young age, Immigration Lawyer Brian Malone exhibited a profound sense of empathy and a burning desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of those around him. Growing up in a modest family where values of kindness and service were deeply ingrained,

Brian's childhood was marked by frequent volunteering at local community centers, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

After a crazy four years of college in New Orleans, with a year studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Brian's professional journey began in San Antonio, Texas.

In San Antonio, he worked with intellectually disabled adults under Guardianship as a legal court monitor, ensuring that their social security money was being handled appropriately, with no foul play by the Guardians.

This experience was more than a job; it was a lesson in humanity. Brian learned to communicate beyond words, understanding the unique challenges and strengths of each individual.

The bonds he formed and the number of times he would smile every day, then proceed to go through the full range of emotions, his days in Texas were when he first really felt the impact of dedicated service.

Brian’s path took a political turn when he joined the Obama Campaign in Central Florida. This experience was transformative, opening his eyes to the power of collective action and the importance of political advocacy in enacting social change.

In Seattle, Brian worked as an employment and housing case manager for the homeless. This role was challenging but deeply rewarding, as he navigated the complex interplay of social issues that lead to homelessness.

Brian developed a holistic approach, focusing not just on immediate needs but also on the long-term empowerment of the individuals he served. This experience solidified his resolve to fight for social justice and equity. It also opened his eyes up to the pervasive misunderstandings surrounding the topic of mental illness in our country.

Law school was a turning point in Brian’s career. It was here that his various experiences coalesced, guiding him towards immigration law. Brian was drawn to the unique challenges and profound impacts of this field.

He saw immigration law as a convergence of his passion for social justice, political advocacy, and direct service to vulnerable populations

From his first class, Brian was captivated. He dove into the complexities of immigration law, driven by a deep-seated belief in the right of every individual to seek a better life. His early experiences working with diverse and often marginalized groups provided him with a unique perspective that enriched his understanding of the legal challenges faced by immigrants.

After several years of amazing experiences working with amazing people at both private firms, and one nonprofit immigration program, Brian founded Malone Immigration Law, LLC. His firm was built on the principles of empathy, integrity, and tireless advocacy. Brian brought his diverse background and experiences into his practice, offering a compassionate and comprehensive approach to immigration law.

What sets Brian apart in the field of immigration law is his personal touch. He understands that behind every case is a human story. His approach is holistic, considering not just the legal aspects but the emotional and social dimensions of each case.

Brian’s firm is known for its client-centered approach, where every client is treated with dignity and respect, & this informs more meaningful and creative legal representation.

Brian’s commitment to social justice extends beyond his legal practice. His journey is a testament to the power of compassion, dedication, and unyielding commitment to justice.

From his early days working with the intellectually disabled, through his political activism, his advocacy for the homeless, and into his career in immigration law, Brian has remained steadfast in his mission to serve and uplift the underserved and overlooked. His life’s work is a mosaic of experiences, each piece symbolizing a step towards a more equitable and compassionate world.

As he continues to navigate the complexities of managing a business, and learning and growing personally as well, as we all do in this wild ride that is life,

Brian remains committed to his roots of service and advocacy. His journey, from the streets of San Antonio to the halls of justice, is a powerful reminder of the impact one individual can have in making the world a more just and compassionate place.

Brian speaks Spanish fluently and has been studying Portuguese for over one year. He has a slew of immigration law-related blogs, podcasts, legal software, journals, etc. that he keeps up with to continue growing in his immigration law expertise. He keeps several subscriptions as well as memberships in various associations, and he feels grateful to genuinely enjoy immigration law. He feels fortunate to be in this field of law.
