While in law school, I decided that given my young age, it was a waste of money to purchase medical insurance. So I cancelled my insurance.

As luck would have it, less than a year later, I found myself in the emergency room as a result of an injury. When I was released I was facing huge medical and hospital charges I could not afford to pay. I was then sent to collections, which was a nightmare. I had never dealt with such rude and condescending people, and I hated the constant calls and the way they made me feel.

So I decided pick an area of practice where I could help other people fight their bill collectors and eliminate their debt. I found that debt settlement and bankruptcy was a great way to do so.

I have been practicing bankruptcy since 1994, when I was still in law school. I also have a background in finance. This combination allows me to better serve my clients', and to provide them with the best options so that we can maximize their results.

I have been in private practice for 25 years. During these years, I have successfully represented thousands of clients, and gained amazing experience, both legal, and practical.
