The Law Firm of Martin Osinski is a law firm solely dedicated to the aggressive representation of clients in Divorce and Family Law cases. We limit our representation only to Divorce and Family Law cases.
There are not many fields of law where you can actually make a difference like you can in family law. That gives me great satisfaction.
You know youâre doing something right when a large portion of your clients are referred to you by current and former clients, and by other attorneys. We keep that momentum going with each an every new client by providing the best possible service at a reasonable rate.
In the past we have represented clients ranging from W2 wage earners such as teachers, union workers, police and fire department employees, and others, to ultra-high net worth commodity traders, professional athletes, and senior level corporate executives. Despite the difference in their income level, each client receives the same level of exceptional service.
We are conveniently located in Downtown Chicago less than two blocks from the Daley Center and have additional offices in Park Ridge and Oak Brook by appointment.
I believe success is the byproduct of hard work and dedication. As a result, I set reasonable hourly rates and do everything I can for my clients.
My reward at the end of the day is knowing I treated my client fairly, especially when I read a positive review a client leaves for me.
I would be happy to discuss your case, my litigation strategy, costs, and the retainer in a free phone consultation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
After graduating the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Martin Osinski first entered the legal field as a law clerk at a powerhouse national litigation law firm in Chicago. Martin’s exposure to several high profile national matters fueled his interest in litigation and a year later he was enrolled at the John Marshall Law School.
While in law school, Martin had the distinction of representing the school in a national Moot Court competition in Cincinnati, Ohio where he presented an Appellate Brief in a product liability case.
After graduating law school, Martin sought out employment in both Personal Injury and Family Law firms to gain a wide knowledge of the law. Martin’s experience in Family Law runs the gamut of the field, and includes divorce, child custody, maintenance (alimony), child support, removal, and modification of prior orders. His experience in personal injury law includes auto accidents, slip and falls, construction site accidents, and trucking accidents.
Martin’s is a published author and his article entitled “Unlawful Visitation Interference: Criminal and Civil Penalties” has appeared in a Chicagoland newspaper. Martin is an avid speaker on the issue of Family Law and has spoken to numerous groups on family law topics, participated in a Family Law Continuing Legal Education Seminar and has conducted numerous radio interviews.
