Joseph Kaiser, Attorney at Law, LLC opened in the Fall of 2016. Since starting the firm, I have focused on criminal defense and DUI defense. Prior to opening my own law firm, I was the head prosecutor for the City of North Charleston. During law school, I worked with a white collar criminal defense law firm.

I enjoy bringing all of my experiences working in criminal law to help my clients. As a prosecutor, I handled thousands of DUI cases and am able to view my clients' cases as a prosecutor would in order to identify evidence that may be helpful to my clients. I helped defend complex criminal cases while I was in law school working at a white collar criminal defense law firm. Whether my client is facing a simple or a complex criminal case, I have the experience to handle their problems.

I strive to make sure my clients understand all of their options as well as keep them informed as their cases progress through the criminal justice system. Sometimes a defendant can feel like it's the whole world against them but I am proud to stand with my clients and fight on their behalf.
