Estate Planning

I provide a wide range of estate planning services, from simple wills to complex trusts.

I usually meet with a client for about an hour to review the client's estate planning needs and answer any questions. There is no charge for this meeting.

The next step is preparation of the appropriate documents, which usually takes one or two weeks depending on what needs to be done. I will then meet with the client again to review the documents, make any changes, and have them signed.

A basic estate planning package consists of a Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Health Care Power of Attorney. The basic estate planning service costs $375 (for singles and couples).

Advanced estate planning may involve Education or Deferral Trusts for families with minor children; "A-B" Trusts for minimizing federal estate taxes; Charitable Remainder Trusts; or other estate planning tools. Fees for advanced estate planning services typically range from $800 to $1000.

Payment is always expected when the documents are signed.
