Jacquelyn "Jacquie" Thomas is an experienced civil litigator who has practiced in both large and small law firm settings. She decided to open her own practice to serve her clients more directly and flexibly.

Originally from Michigan, Jacquie moved to Tallahassee in 2006 to attend Florida State University. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in 2010. After taking a year off from school to work, she entered Florida State University College of Law in 2011 and graduated magna cum laude with a juris doctor degree in 2014. During law school, Jacquie was editor-in-chief of the FSU Law Review. After law school, she moved to Jacksonville and served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Harvey E. Schlesinger in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She moved to Atlanta in 2017 and has been practicing civil litigation in Georgia since that time.

Jacquie represents both individuals and business entities. Her practice has encompassed many areas of civil litigation in both state and federal court, including business and healthcare fraud, personal and business torts, breach of contract, UCC, family, property, probate, constitutional, False Claims Act, and class action litigation. She advises clients regarding potential and pending litigation risks and demands, and her knowledge and experience allow her to think creatively and pragmatically about solutions to the unique issues presented in each case.
