Claire M. Elster (Formerly Claire M. Dawson) is the owner and operator of the Elster Law Office. After ten years of practice specializing in criminal defense, Ms. Elster realized she could provide better, more thorough and more affordable representation for her clients by opening her own law firm. Ms. Elster opened her firm in 2018 with the goal of providing top tier but affordable representation for the accused. Ms. Elster exclusively practices criminal defense. Ms. Elster is not afraid to stand up, to stand out, and most importantly, to protect the freedom and integrity of her clients

Ms. Elster graduated with top honors from the University of Missouri School of Law and since then has been nationally recognized for her work as a criminal defense attorney. Ms. Elster was recently awarded a Top 10 Under 40 in Criminal Defense by NACDA (National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys).
