John is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Jefferson County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, and the American Association of Attorney - CPAs, John is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Golden Triangle and the One In One Hundred Gun Club, the City of Beaumont's Small Business Revolving Loan Advisory Committee, the Rotary Club of Beaumont, and the Lamar Institute of Technology Shoot-Out Committee.
John is a Past President of the Southeast Texas Estate Planning Council and the Saint Thomas Moore Society of Southeast Texas. John is admitted to practice in Texas (1988) and Louisiana (1990). John is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern districts of Texas and the U.S. Tax Court.
John earned his B.S. degree in 1981 from Louisiana State University where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi. He was graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988.

Born in Houston, Texas, Meredith earned her B.S. from Baylor University in 2007 where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Omicron Nu and the Student Foundation. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2012 and was admitted to practice law in Texas in November of 2012. Meredith practices in the firm's Beaumont office.
