Ann Lamdin is a 1987 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and served on the Moot Court Board.

Following graduation from law school Ann became an associate at Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1992, Ann joined Piper & Marbury, L.L.P. (now DLA Piper, L.L.P.) and she was elected a partner in that firm in 1997.

In 1999, Ann joined her current firm, Corbin, Schaffer & Aviles, located in Severna Park, MD, where she chairs the firm's immigration practice group. She represents high-technology and start up businesses, as well as many major employers in the healthcare, banking, insurance, manufacturing and consulting industries.

E. Anne Hamel is a litigator with experience before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies. Ms. Hamel advises clients on commercial matters, such as breach of contract and business torts, and has extensive experience in the areas of domestic law and worker's compensation. Before joining Corbin, Schaffer & Aviles, Charted, Ms. Hamel was an associate with the Venable LLP where she was a member of the litigation department from 1991 - 2002.

Ms Hamel graduated cum laude from Princeton University where she majored in Politics. Ms. Hamel obtained her law degree in 1990 from the University of Virginia. She is a former law clerk to the late Honorable Edward S. Northrop of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1991.

Melody K. Eaton

Melody K. Eaton is native Marylander who graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. After college, Ms. Eaton began her career in public service by working for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Maryland. Eaton pursued a career in government and public affairs, and then attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she graduated in 2008.

After graduating from law school, Eaton joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Trial Attorney through the Attorney General's Honor Program. At DOJ, Eaton worked in the Civil Division, where she handled numerous litigation matters to help uphold and defend U.S. immigration laws in the federal courts of appeals.

Before joining Corbin, Schaffer & Aviles, Eaton devoted herself to pro bono work with Maryland Legal Aid where she providing legal assistance to self-represented litigants in connection with family law matters, including custody, visitation rights, child support, parental rights and domestic violence protection. Eaton also provided pro bono assistance to Jacksonville Area Legal Aid in Florida to help serve its indigent clients, and received a 2012 Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award for her efforts.

Ms. Eaton is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. She is also admitted to the Maryland State Bar, and has practiced in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits.
