We understand that attorney representation is expensive and not everyone can afford to pay an attorney. Because divorce documents can be confusing and the process daunting, we are willing to help you get your documents in order so the Court will approve them. We will review your petitions and final orders for a nominal fee. We also offer coaching sessions to help you understand the process and walk you through presenting your own case to a Court.

Duana wanted to do things a bit different than other law firms. At the Boswell Law Firm, we charge flat rates instead of hourly fees. This allows clients to budget legal costs so they are never surprised by an unexpected bill. Additionally, we develop an individualized plan for each case based upon the unique circumstances and needs of our clients. We not only help our clients with their legal needs, but we make sure each client has the tools needed to establish positive, successful lives following their court cases. Occasionally the battle does not always end with a judgment. Sometimes, you need additional help beyond the courtroom. We have partnered with other professionals that can help our clients in other aspects of their lives as needed.
