After graduating from law school, Victoria practiced with a mid-sized firm where she handled casualty defense cases for a variety of industries, including aviation. Victoria handled cases from inception to trial and litigated numerous dispositive motions.
Thereafter, Victoria joined an AM-200 firm in its Miami office where she was a partner of the mass litigation/class action department. During her tenure at the firm, Victoria handled thousands of lawsuits and dozens of class-action lawsuits on behalf of insurers.
